Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, information technology or related field
Required Experience: 10+ yrs in design, transition, and operations of communication or IT services
Key Functions:
•  Formulate strategy for roll-out of telecommunication service in support of U.S. Intelligence Community
•  Conduct market surveys and business case analysis to identify new service offerings
•  Develop Service Level Objectives (SLO) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
•  Establish baseline performance levels and design service improvement process/metrics
Desired Experience:
•  Stand-up or transitioning services
•  Incident detection, documentation and resolution
•  Knowledge of firm fixed price (FFP) contract structures including milestone payments, incentive fees, etc.

Key Functions:
•  Conduct system-level trade studies relative to the satellite, ground terminal network, and command & control segment
•  Conduct market survey of commercial capabilities
•  Define interfaces based on commercial standards and protocols
Desired Experience:
•  Development of commercial satellite systems including the vehicle, hosted payloads, ground terminal networks, and command & control segments
•  Knowledge of commercial satellite systems’ capability and technology trends
•  Knowledge of standards and protocols utilized in commercial satellite systems

Key Functions:
•  Lead and/or participate in system level trade studies working with small teams of engineers in developing requirements for future satellite systems
•  Flow enterprise-level requirements down to the system level
•  Identify and quantify risks, operational needs, and technical requirements
•  Contribute to successful completion of acquisition milestones such as System Readiness Reviews (SRR) and System Design Reviews (SDR)
•  Provide status and results to customers and management
•  Represent program and/or organization in larger system or enterprise studies or trades
Desired Experience:
•  Pre-acquisition phase efforts leading up to System Readiness Reviews (SRR) and System Design Reviews (SDR)
